He is the founder of the consulting division of Lehner Executive Partners in Germany, specializing in filling executive positions in consulting, private equity and the corporate environment.

Prior to that, he founded and managed the representative office of Lehner Executive Partners in Russia.

As a trusted advisor to his clients, Mr. Rychagov now looks back on more than 10 years of experience in Executive Search and has a proven track record in filling executive positions.

Mr. Rychagov studied at the University of Vienna and the Danube University Krems and is fluent in German, English and Russian.

Apart from his primary role as a recruitment consultant, Mr. Rychagov is also an entrepreneur, investor, book author and blogger.
