Stefan Reichelt, MBA is a registered management consultant and partner at Lehner Executive Partners.

Stefan Reichelt completed a journalistic education parallel to his studies in "English and European Studies" in Graz and Trento. After graduating, he began his professional career in 2008 at Styria Media Group AG, where he held various positions.

After completing MBA studies at Danube University Krems, the Sauder School of Business in Vancouver and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, he joined the American firm Franklin Covey, the world's leading HR training and consulting company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. At the Munich location, he worked in sales for the DACH region.

Stefan Reichelt has been working as a headhunter since 2013. He entered HR consulting as a Client Partner at Neumann & Partner and later worked as a Director and Principal for the Chicago-based DHR International in Vienna, among other positions.
His focus in strategic HR consulting is on industry, construction and building, media and public sector/NGOs and financial services. In the area of strategic HR development, Stefan Reichelt specializes in management audits, potential analyses, hearings and assessments.

Stefan Reichelt is married and father of two children.

Michaela Priessnitz has been working in HR Executive Search & Selection since 1991 and has a successful track record assisting clients from a broad range of industries, currently primarily in the packaging industry, printed circuit board production, financial and professional services sectors. In addition to her experience in the field of Executive Search & Selection, Ms. Priessnitz is certified to conduct Hogan Assessments & Consultations, interpret the results and provide feedback. She also has been responsible for steering / advising corporate international development centers and succession planning program  initiatives (also virtually, as required). Ms. Priessnitz studied Commercial Sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and completed the postgraduate program Master Class Eastern Europe there.
