After analyzing the market, we create a long list of potential companies and candidates. Following the initial screening and the identification of best potentials, initial contact is made in order to identify competencies and willingness to change.
Selection and evaluation of candidates
We conduct a deep dive during in-depth personal interviews — the focus is not only on professional competencies, social skills and the personality of the candidates, but also on their explicit views and expectations regarding relevant topics such as leadership, digital mindset or entrepreneurship. We clarify open questions, cross-check references and compress the collected information into precise reports. The result: Informative dossiers on the best candidates!
