DDr. Gabriele Lehner is a certified Corporate Consultant and Managing Partner at Lehner Executive Partners; In 2012, she established offices in Moscow and Munich followed by Frankfurt in 2014.
Between 1980 to 1986, Dr. Lehner completed her doctorate degree in Psychology combined with courses in Business Administration at Viena University of Economics and Business (Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien or WU). She completed another doctorate at the SFU from 2008 to 2011 on the topic of “Attentiveness for the treatment and prophylaxis of occupational burn-out illnesses among executives”.
At the MDI (Management Institute of Industry) in Vienna, she was able to gain her first professional experience in the area of Management Development.
Since 1987, Dr. Gabriele Lehner has been working in Human Resources Consulting in the Executive Search field in Austria, Germany and the CEE countries. She was a consultant at Ratio until 1988, then was appointed at Ratio and subsequently moved to Dahlke & Partner.
In 1996, she was in charge of the founding and management of Plaut Personalberatung, which she took over in 2001 in a management buyout as Managing Partner. This company was renamed Lehner Executive Partners in 2003.
In 2011, Manz Verlag (Publishing Company) published her book “Aufsicht ist weiblich? Neue Wege zum Unternehmenserfolg”.
Lydia Goutas is a Managing Partner at Lehner Executive Partners where she leads an international team that provides consulting for growing international industries.
She was born in New York, has lived in Vienna for more than 20 years and studied biology and molecular biology. She worked at a leading research institute while she completed her MBA studies in Management and Economics in New York.
As an interface for many US and MNL companies, Lydia Goutas provides her comprehensive international experiences in Austria and CEE as well as her understanding for the challenges of highly complex matrix companies. Lydia Goutas speaks German, English and Greek and has taught at several universities (WU Vienna, Webster University, University of Innsbruck, PEF Private University for Management). She is Co-Chair and Co-Founder of the Financial Services Club CEE, Executive Board Member of the Maple Leaf International Business Club and former President of the American Women's Association, a non-profit organization with over 300 women from 27 different nations. Prior to this, Lydia Goutas was director of the admissions office at the Webster University in Vienna and supervisory board as well as Member of the Board of Trustees at the International Christian School of Vienna and the Austro-American Society.
Lydia Goutas published countless scientific publications (Molecular therapeutics) as well as publications tackling the topics of women and women in Human Resources. Furthermore, she is a recognized columnist in the Business magazine Economy Austria.
Katharina Herler has been working in the executive search industry since 2015. As a partner with international experience, she is responsible for a substantial part of the Austrian market.
Katharina Herler studied at the University of Vienna as well as at the University of Auckland. Prior to her executive search career, Ms. Herler worked as a project manager in the fine arts sector and was responsible for international and complex mandates.
Vsevolod Rychagov has been active in the Executive Search industry since 2008. As a partner with international experience, he is responsible for the entire German market. In 2012, Mr. Rychagov established the branch of Lehner Executive Partners in Russia, which he has since managed independently.
Mr. Rychagov studied Business Administration at the University of Vienna and University of Krems as well as German studies at the University of Vienna. Prior to his career in Executive Search, Mr. Rychagov was active as a successful entrepreneur. Mr. Rychagov is trilingual in German, English and Russian.
Stefan Reichelt, MBA is a registered management consultant and partner at Lehner Executive Partners.
Stefan Reichelt completed a journalistic education parallel to his studies in "English and European Studies" in Graz and Trento. After graduating, he began his professional career in 2008 at Styria Media Group AG, where he held various positions.
After completing MBA studies at Danube University Krems, the Sauder School of Business in Vancouver and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, he joined the American firm Franklin Covey, the world's leading HR training and consulting company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. At the Munich location, he worked in sales for the DACH region.
Stefan Reichelt has been working as a headhunter since 2013. He entered HR consulting as a Client Partner at Neumann & Partner and later worked as a Director and Principal for the Chicago-based DHR International in Vienna, among other positions.
His focus in strategic HR consulting is on industry, construction and building, media and public sector/NGOs and financial services. In the area of strategic HR development, Stefan Reichelt specializes in management audits, potential analyses, hearings and assessments.
Stefan Reichelt is married and father of two children.
